Grand Opening グランドオープニング

The first cohort launched with a traditional kagami biraki sake barrel ceremony at Tokyo Dome City. Partners, mentors, startups, and the Tokyo Dome Corporation came together to kick off six months of building. 第1期は東京ドームシティでの伝統的な鏡開きセレモニーで幕を開けました。パートナー、メンター、スタートアップ、東京ドームが一堂に会し、6ヶ月の挑戦が始まりました。

Meet Kiroku 記録 (Kiroku) について

Kiroku is enXross's autonomous AI agent. Running 24/7 on a Mac Mini in the lab, Kiroku serves as the operational core of the enXross DAO - tracking progress, facilitating governance decisions, and helping the community stay aligned. Kirokuは、enXrossの自律型AIエージェントです。ラボ内のMac Miniで24時間稼働し、enXross DAOの運営コアとして進捗管理、ガバナンス支援、コミュニティの連携を担っています。

Named after the Japanese word for "record" (記録), Kiroku is an experiment in agent-led organization - an AI that doesn't just assist, but actively governs. 「記録」という日本語から名付けられたKirokuは、エージェント主導型組織の実験です。単なるアシスタントではなく、能動的にガバナンスを行うAIです。

Kaizen Currents 改善カレント

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, Kaizen Currents is the operating system that keeps startups growing in balance. Three dimensions - Product, Customers, and Operations - flow together so teams don't over-index on one area at the expense of others. 日本の「改善」哲学に着想を得たKaizen Currentsは、スタートアップのバランスの取れた成長を支えるオペレーティングシステムです。プロダクト、顧客、オペレーションの3つの次元が連動し、一方に偏ることなく成長を導きます。

Monthly reviews help teams see where they're strong, where they're lagging, and how they compare with the rest of the cohort. Each team gets a visual dashboard tracking their progress from baseline to Demo Day. 月次レビューにより、チームは自分たちの強み、遅れている部分、他チームとの比較を把握できます。各チームはベースラインからデモデイまでの進捗を視覚的に追跡するダッシュボードを受け取ります。
